Our black lab Violet (aka chief puppy officer) is the one in charge, the heart and soul of what we do.
Without her we wouldn’t have our name. And with her at the helm, we’re well led to do what we do best.

Scott Taylor
Founder + CEO

For over 13 years, Scott has a lifelong learner and curious about what makes brands great. He’s worked with big brands to one person shops including: American Greetings, John Carroll University, Moen, Sherwin-Williams, and University Hospitals of Cleveland.

He has an MBA from John Carroll University and B.A. in Visual Communication Design from The University of Dayton.

Cooking, traveling, listening to podcasts, trying out the latest restaurant or brewery locally.

Jenny is our top creative. With over 13 years of experience across multiple industries including work at American Greetings and The Cleveland Museum of Natural History. She received her BFA in Visual Communication Design from The University of Dayton. A talented marketing and brand strategist and user experience expert, she is our go to for all creative execution.

Violet is the heart and soul of the team and our company namesake. As Chief Puppy Officer she provides us the inspiration and North Star for the business. All decisions run through her.

She enjoys playing in the office, long walks around the block, and treats. If you ask us, she’s keeps the team and our culture running.
